About Anywhr

Anywhr is a travel tech startup established in Singapore in 2017. It is founded by two ex-Rocket Internet executives, to solve the problem of data overload that is preventing travellers from seeking out different, meaningful travel experiences conveniently. By understanding each traveller’s unique preferences, travel style and personality, we are able to plan personalised trips to different, less-travelled destinations worldwide. Anywhr now serves travellers from more than 300 airports worldwide including those in the United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA), Germany, and Singapore. Travellers include solo female travellers, families with babies, honeymoon couples, weekend getaway holidaymakers, and more. Anywhr is for anyone who simply wants a great trip planned just for them, according to their every preference.

The Anywhr team consists of young and talented inspiring entrepreneurs and problem-solvers with the knack for innovation and all things creative. We believe in curating authentic experiences and sending travellers on journeys of discovery, to experience the joy of meaningful connections Anywhr they go.

The Scholarship Includes

  • A one-off scholarship award of up to $ 4,000.

  • An express priority for an internship opportunity at Anywhr for a period of 3-6 months and a kickstart of the working experience in Singapore’s startup environment serving a global market.

How Do I Apply?

Tell us your ideas and growth strategy on how you think you can contribute to share the Anywhr Experience to travellers across one of the markets in North America, Europe, or Asia, to make Anywhr the go-to trip planning company for bespoke travel planning and personalised itineraries. Submit an essay, infographic or a concise marketing strategy of no less than 1000 words and email to with the subject header “I am The Next Anywhr Scholar".


Your Application

  • Applicants are required to submit a proof of their enrollment as a full-time student and their latest academic results. All full-time students in universities across America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania are welcome to apply.

  • Email all applications to

  • Send us your proposals by the end of each quarter to stand a chance to be bloomed with our scholarship for that season.

  • Suitable participants will be contacted via email during last week of every quarter.

  • Award money will be disbursed directly to the winning scholar without the intervention of the school.

Am I eligible ?

  • Applicants must be enrolled into a local/private/international university school’s programmes on a full-time basis

  • There are no restrictions in terms of nationalities or age

  • Applicants from all undergraduate courses are welcome to apply

  • All submitted entries will go through a strict round of check to ensure zero plagiarism. In essence, it must be original and done all submitted entries must be work done by the applicant.

  • Honesty in all submissions. Passion and creativity wins the game.

  • The Anywhr scholarship is offered to all students pursuing a full-time course. Successful applicants are required to submit the original copies of their proof of their enrollment as a full-time student, as well as a copy of their academic records before the award is disbursed.

  • Anywhr reserves the right to reject incomplete applications or plagiarised applications.

  • Anywhr reserves the right to reject all applications not made in the English language.

  • Anywhr reserves the right to publish the entries received on any platform.

  • While there is no compulsory bond to be served the awarded Scholar, each scholarship recipient is required to complete his course and maintain his grades.

  • The award winners are decided solely by the panel of Anywhr’s scholarship committee.

  • Recipients of the scholarship may not concurrently hold other scholarships without the approval of Anywhr. With the exceptions of bursaries, Anywhr reserves the right to object or withdraw the scholarship upon discovering any breach in terms and conditions.

  • If the scholarship recipient decides to withdraw from the course and/or terminate the scholarship prematurely, Anywhr reserves the right to impose repayment of all scholarship monies disbursed, as well as any other damages that may be incurred.
